About
EOR Select is the most technical project in the family. After years of reviewing EOR providers by hand at Employ Borderless, I wanted to answer a harder question: what happens if you take opinion out of it entirely and score every provider on the same axis, from the same data?
EOR Select is an independent, data-driven comparison platform for Employer of Record providers. Scores come from a transparent, documented scoring algorithm, not hand-picked opinions. It launched on June 1, 2026, is operated by Employ Borderless PTE. Ltd. in Singapore, and I build and maintain the data and the platform myself.
A few things worth being clear about: EOR Select is not an EOR provider, rankings cannot be bought, and affiliate links are disclosed and never influence scores.
What we do
Provider scores
Every provider is scored by the same documented algorithm, on the same criteria, from the same data.
Rankings
A straight top list by score. No sponsored placements, no pay-to-rank.
Country data
Hiring data per country, aggregated from OECD and other public databases.
Methodology
The scoring method is published in full, so you can check how any score was produced.
My role
I built EOR Select and maintain it: the data pipelines, the scoring algorithm, and the platform itself.
